Luisa’s Smile is an 18th-century historic residence located in the heart of Guarene’s old town, a UNESCO World Heritage site, offering stunning panoramic views over the rolling hills and vineyards of the Barbaresco wine region. The spacious living area features a large lounge with a sofa bed, a dining room with a traditional wood-fired oven and fireplace, and a bright sunroom with panoramic windows overlooking the surrounding landscape. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the sunroom, where you can enjoy the complimentary breakfast provided for your first morning, including homemade bread and jam produced by a local fair-trade workshop. The carefully maintained garden is the perfect place to relax on a sun lounger, enjoy an outdoor meal, or simply unwind in the peaceful greenery, or (why not?) learn some Italian with a professional teacher! In the charming cellar room, you can admire an ancient well and indulge in an exclusive treatment by Marta, our trusted massage therapist. Yoga classes are also available upon request. Upstairs, easily accessible by elevator, you will find a twin bedroom (which can be converted into a double room) leading to the elegant master bedroom. A full bathroom is located on the landing and can be accessed from both rooms. To accommodate different needs, an additional bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony is also available. The first two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests enjoy complete privacy and exclusive use of the living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, sunroom, and garden. The owner, Flaminia, lives in a separate apartment within the same building. The staircase and laundry room are shared spaces, although guests are under no obligation to use them. Should you wish to do so, they are available for your convenience. Alternative laundry arrangements can also be organized at check-in for those seeking maximum privacy.
