This lovely apartment is located in a private street of a quiet residential area near the pine forest. Equipped with all comforts, including dishwasher, washing machine, SmartTV, WI-FI and bicycles for guests with which you can reach in a few minutes the beach, the port and the famous Promenade. Renovated in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, it offers an unique setting, ideal location for families, couples or friends! The apartment, located at the first floor in a small and quiet condominium (only 6 units), has two double bedrooms (one with the possibility of adding a third single bed), a living room with a sofa and a bathroom. The condominium is situated in a private road where there is the possibility of parking a car (parking not always guaranteed). Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment and to the two balconies. Cunsumptions (electricity, gas, water), Air Conditioning blankets, bedding, towels and some consumer goods, dishwasher, washing machine, a SmartTV and free Wi-Fi are included in the rates. 2 BICYCLES ARE INCLUDED FOR FREE! Others are available on request (if they were not available for free, we can show you a rental service at special rates).
We are an italian couple, dad and mom of 2 boys, who loves hosting and travelling. When we travel, we like to live as much like a local as possible: eat at the off-the-beaten track places, discover unknown gems and 'live' in a cool neighborhood for a while. For this reason we decided to share our apartment and our knowledge of Viareggio, our wonderful Versilia and Tuscany with guests coming from all over the world! We are excited to meet you and to offer you a warm welcome!
The apartment is located in a residential area, where in just a few minutes walk you can find all the shops for any your needs. By bike you can easily reach, through a wonderful pine forest, the famous free beach called “Lecciona” (in the Natural Park Migliarino San Rossore) or the seaside resorts (with swimming pools, restaurants, beach tennis, volleyball and soccer areas). The city center is easily reached in 5 minutes by bike (15 minutes on foot), where you can find the famous promenade with its shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas and book shops. From Viareggio station (5 minutes far by car), it's easy to take trains to the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany (only a 20 minutes journey to Pietrasanta, Pisa, Lucca, 60 minutes to Florence or the Cinque Terre).
