Company info

At the check-in, me or one of my collaborators will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, then we will be available during the stay for any problem. Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request. Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

One of the most charming flats in Bologna on Via Rizzoli between the 2 Towers and Piazza Maggiore, newly renovated. It has a double bedroom and a large living room with a double sofa bed and armchair bed together with a wonderful kitchen. All the furniture is of the best Italian design. The house has air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi, 42’ LED TV system with Bose speakers. Finally, the house has all the appliances. The house was recently completely renovated with high quality finishes and is located inside one of the most beautiful buildings in Bologna in a unique position. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift. The flat will be delivered with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee). Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat

Neighborhood info

If you want to live the great atmosphere of Bologna city center, enjoying the best food in Italy and doing shopping, then you cannot find a better location. All the public transportation stop nearby. Main Train station is at 1 Km. Reaching the location by car you can refer to some private parking like "Piazza VIII Agosto". Please be aware that accessing by car requires a special permission.
