One of the few bright and private waterfront homes with a magnificent view of the Bay of Moneglia and direct access to the beach. Fast Wi-Fi with ALEXA and Smart TV with NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO, and DISNEY+. One free parking space under the house. All amenities are within easy reach on the same level without having to move your car. Rooms: Living area with kitchen and large living room (double sea view), a double bedroom with sea view, a twin bedroom, large bathroom, and closet. A/C in all rooms, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, barbecue. Independent and programmable thermostat.
