Villa near the old town , with splendid views over the Tuscan hills and the church of the sixteenth century " Madonna della Rosa" . The property has a large garden with a gazebo to relax and eat, there is a private parking inside the structure . The complex is newly built and the apartments were renovated in 2015 with fine finishes in cherry wood floors and are complete with all amenities .
In two easy steps you arrive in the old town , a small village where you can relax in serenity with views , there are restaurants and cafe - pub . In warm weather it's easy to find festivals rich of typical dishes . Two minutes from the house you can also find the supermarket Coop. In Chianciano You can find thermal bath animated by water jets, hydromassage, saunas, Turkish bath, multi-sensory showers, aromatherapy, chromotherapy, musictherapy... The position is strategic to visit the beautiful villages around the Unesco Heritage: Val d'Orcia.
