POSITION: Maison Varazza is located in Colle Santa Lucia, a particularly strategic position for holidays in the Dolomites: by car it is possible to reach the main starting points of the most beautiful excursions such as Alleghe and Val Civetta in less than 10 minutes, the Cinque Torri and Falzarego via the cable car from the Fedare refuge in 15 minutes (9km), Cortina in 30 km along the panoramic Passo Giau. Perfect location for lovers of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. THE SPACES: The apartment is on the 2nd floor, making the view from the balcony of the mountains nothing short of spectacular. The condominium is located along a secondary road, in a sunny, quiet and peaceful position, but only 1 km from the town center, where there is a supermarket, bar and restaurant. Balcony oriented towards the Val Fiorentina, with a view of Monte Pelmo, whose peculiar appearance, represented by two monoliths, is a distinctive feature of this mountain, known by the locals as "al caregon del Padreterno", "the throne of God", for the wide depression of the glacial cirque visible from its eastern side, which makes it resemble a chair. Finally, the apartment is equipped with the convenience of a garage in the condominium garage, and a cellar for storing skis and boots.

AREA: The Ladin village of Colle Santa Lucia, with its unmistakable profile with a small church and Monte Pelmo, offers hiking and cultural itineraries such as the Alta Via dell'orso: a route (indicated with special signage tables) that immerses itself in the most authentic heart of the town, in a naturalistic setting of extraordinary beauty capable of providing a unique experience, among paths, woods and suggestive panoramas. Other privileged destinations in the Collese summer are the ancient Fursil Mines and the places of the First World War, but also the possibility of immersing yourself in discovering the small village by visiting the Ladin Institute "Cesa de Jan".
