Mandre is a rural house, a former farmhouse built in the early XXst century. It is surrounded by a large garden with centuries-old trees. Immediately outside the property's gate is a bike path that leads directly to the center of Caorle. Near the property, you can stroll along the banks of the Livenza River. The perimeter walls are made of brick, while the interiors are divided between wooden floors that resemble mezzanines—a minimalist structure where natural materials dominate. Moving from one floor to the next feels like being aboard an ancient vessel.
