STUDIO LOFT WITH GARAGE ! Completely renovated loft! Entrance, living/sleeping area with sofa bed and open kitchen complete with washing machine, induction stove, and fridge. Guests have access to Wi-Fi internet, bed linens, towels, hairdryer, vertical iron, kettle, coffee machine, etc. A travel crib (with sheets) and high chair are available upon request. Please note that the loft does not have balconies, and the elevator goes only up to the 5th floor, so there are a few steps to reach the apartment. Possibility to rent a garage. Dimensions: Entrance width: 2.50 meters Internal width: 2.75 meters Length: 5.80 meters Located about 1 km from the train station, the beaches, and the historic center, it offers great tranquility and a pleasant view of the surrounding hills.
