Location equipped with every comfort and in a well served area. Just 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Breakfast is served in a separate room (with sea view) from the guest accommodation. Fully equipped kitchen available exclusively to guests, the dining area for 5 people is both indoor and outdoor on the terrace. Free and private parking is available. The property is accessible only via two flights of stairs. A stone's throw from the property there are several free and paid beaches (must be booked on arrival). The owner serves delicious cakes for breakfast (italian breakfast buffet) and is available for your every need, you are welcome! Your reservation always includes our beach kit (comfortable chairs and an umbrella). Parking (1 place, only for guests). It is not permitted to move furniture or furnishings in general present in the house (tables, relaxation armchair, cot, bedside tables, laundry drying rack) from the place where they are located. Accomodation 20 km from Alberobello, 26 km from Locorotondo and 40 km from Ostuni
