Romantic detached house within a quiet and safe , completely new condominium that enjoys a central position in Olbia, a few steps from the Basilica of San Simplicio and the tourist promenade. Ideal for a couple or a small family. Located in a strategic point to discover the city center and the beaches of Gallura. A large private garden with covered patio where you can have lunch in total relaxation , equipped with outdoor furniture , barbecue and a very comfortable round hydromassage tub, suitable for 2 people to experience unforgettable moments in the open air The entire apartment including the garden and external laundry is 105mq. Also suitable for those without a car, thanks to its proximity to the historic center and the presence of bus service and bike and motorbike rental For sports lovers, the city park is just 100 meters away. from the structure.
I am a woman attentive to the needs of guests and available. I speak Italian, French, English. I will be able to direct you to wonderful tourist places, give directions for boat trips to the islands.
