Masseria del Cherubino is a renovated historic farmhouse with private pool, in the countryside between Polignano a Mare, Castellana Grotte, and Conversano. The Masseria consists of three independent units, each equipped with air conditioning in each area, Wi-Fi, and a huge outdoor parking. Masseria del Cherubino can accommodate up to 9 people. The property immediately welcomes guests with a view of the private pool (10m x 4m x 1.4m hmax) with a solarium and outdoor shower. There is also a covered veranda with outdoor sink and a large wooden table and chairs, perfect for lunch and dinners outside. The first unit of Masseria del Cherubino directly overlooks the pool. Inside, you'll find the living area with kitchen equipped with an induction stove, sink, refrigerator, and table and chairs. In the same area, you'll find a comfortable single sofa bed and access to the bathroom with shower. The unit also has a bright double bedroom, accommodating three people in total. Walking around the perimeter of the building, you'll find access to the second unit. The entrance opens onto the living area with kitchen, a single sofa bed, and a small wall which separates and houses the kitchen area, equipped with an induction stove, sink, refrigerator, and table with chairs. This unit also features a spacious double bedroom, accommodating three people in total. The rear facade of the Masseria leads to the third and final unit, which develops on two levels and has access to the terrace. The living area is equipped with a comfortable single sofa bed, a kitchen with an induction stove, refrigerator, sink, and it also has access to a small bathroom. The bedroom is on the upper floor and it has direct access to the terrace. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Any incomplete procedure incurs a 50EUR fee. Guests are required to follow separate waste collecting rules, subject to a 50EUR penalty.
