Appartamento luminoso, tranquillo e curato al sesto e ultimo piano di un palazzo con ascensore comodissimo alla stazione ed al centro. Prestiamo molta attenzione alla pulizia dell'intero appartamento, con particolare cura dei servizi e dell'angolo cottura, poiché desideriamo che gli ospiti si sentano a loro proprio agio e in una dimensione confortevole
L'host ha creato un ambiente di accoglienza come vorrebbe trovare egli stesso nei numerosi viaggi che compie
Centralissimo, il quartiere è sorto all'inizio del secolo scorso, oggi è popolato da negozi e servizi comodissimi, a un passo dalle vie del centro storico dove si svolgono tutte le manifestazioni astigiane. Vicinanza a ristoranti pizzerie supermercati e locali di street food molto saporiti, a 100 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria.
