We are a well-established business, active for years in the Modena area in the restaurant industry. Hospitality and welcoming guests are our daily mission, and that's why we decided to take our offering to a more complete level by opening this wonderful guesthouse in the heart of the city.

Check-in is fully online and access to the property is via smartphone and internet connection; we take care of collecting the tourist tax upon arrival. NOTE: We collect the tourist tax via online check-in; the doors will open using your phone connected to the internet. We are a guesthouse, not a hotel. Mazzini's Rooms is an innovative guesthouse concept, located in the historic centre of Modena, in an elegant building overlooking Piazza Mazzini, one of the city's most important squares. The ENTRANCE is fully independent thanks to self check-in, and the elevator will take you right to the door. The 5 rooms, all with a private en-suite bathroom, open onto a common entrance area furnished with refined taste, giving guests, from their very first steps, a relaxing and stylish experience that goes beyond simply sleeping. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring a double bed with a new hypoallergenic mattress and a 43" smart TV with Netflix subscription included, a large wardrobe to store clothes and personal belongings, a safe, a desk and a minibar. We've also set up a coffee corner with a CaffItaly coffee machine, with coffee and tea pods available free of charge. The bathroom is private and en-suite, with a modern design. We provide everything you need to travel light: hairdryer, a set of towels and a bath sheet, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. The room has heating, air conditioning and wifi connection. Bed and bath linen, provided by a professional laundry service, is always included. Parking is free for the entire duration of your stay.

The rooms are located in one of the city's main squares. Just a few steps away you'll find Piazza Grande, the Cathedral and the Ghirlandina tower, Piazza Roma and the academy, the theatre, the Palazzo dei Musei, and the city's best restaurants. The train station is less than 1km away and the bus station is about 500m away.
