At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem. Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request. Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone, being very close to the center, so you can not get in front of the building by car. The nearest car park is the APCOA in piazza VIII Agosto, 5 minutes walk from the house, which is underground, guarded and for a fee. The only other option are the paid parking in the street, which have blue stripes. The central station is a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
