Check-in is fully online, and access to the property is via smartphone and internet connection; we take care of collecting the tourist tax on arrival. The APARTMENT, completely renovated, is located on the ground floor of a modern building in a beautiful residential area just 5 minutes by car from the centre of Modena. The large and wonderful garden offers greenery, quiet and relaxation, and the interior furnishings are designed to combine comfort and style. The ENTRANCE is completely independent thanks to self check-in, and you have access to a private underground GARAGE (3.00 x 5.60 m). The apartment opens onto the large and bright LIVING ROOM, featuring a comfortable sofa bed (160x190cm) and a 50" smart TV, letting you relax in a unique and pleasant setting. A large French window opens onto the GARDEN, spacious and beautifully kept, with children's play equipment, a table for outdoor lunches or dinners, and a relaxation area. From the living room you can access the fully equipped KITCHEN: fridge, oven, 4-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, pots, dishes and all the main kitchen utensils. We have also set up a coffee corner with a pod coffee machine and a kettle with tea and herbal teas. The sleeping area consists of TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS, each with a bed with a memory foam mattress (160x190cm) and a wardrobe for storing your personal belongings, and TWO BATHROOMS, one full bathroom with shower and one guest toilet. Both have windows and a modern design. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Washing machine and tumble dryer, heating and air conditioning, wifi connection. Bed linen and towels are included. A children's cot (60x120), high chair and changing mat are available on request.

The apartment is located in a green, quiet and peaceful residential neighbourhood, just 4km from the historic centre. The area can be reached by bus from the train station and the centre, but having a car allows you to fully enjoy the area and everything it has to offer. In the immediate vicinity you will find all the main services of the city: grocery stores, breakfast bars, shops and a pharmacy. In about 5 minutes by car, you can reach the historic centre and the best restaurants and nightspots.
