Unique mountain chalet designed in the late 1960s by architect Edoardo Gellner, surrounded by nature in Borca di Cadore, just 15 km from Cortina d’Ampezzo and 115 km from Treviso Airport. The chalet (approx. 65 sqm) features a large terrace with sun loungers and stunning views of Mount Pelmo, plus private parking for one car. Inside: • 2 bedrooms (one double bedroom; one with double bed + bunk bed for two children) • 2 bathrooms with shower • Fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven) • Open-plan living and dining area with Smart TV and Netflix Wi-Fi throughout the house and a cozy wood-burning Stube fireplace complete the experience. Ideal for guests seeking a peaceful mountain retreat with iconic architecture and easy access to Cortina.
I'm an Italian architect who moved to Berlin. I love the view and peacefulness of our family home, and I always try to spend as much time there as I can.
I suggest visiting the Corte Spa for the sauna, pool, and relax, as well as the Birreria da Bauce restaurant, which has amazing local meat dishes. Both are only 1 km from the house.
