The house has a large private garden. Nearby there are two grocery stores and the bus and ski bus stop. In summer, a small train takes you around Moena. The walk that leads to the church of San Vigilio and Lake Soraga starts right behind the house. Also nearby is the cycle path along the Avisio stream which allows you to go down towards the Val di Fiemme or up towards the Val di Fassa.
