The total refurbishment of the flats has been done with modern materials. We kept the original structure as much as we could, like the wooden beams and the Juliet balcony on the windows. The flats are on the top floor and facing north offering you an amazing light. The "appartamento con terrazza" is in a natural-botanic style. It has a very comfortable terrace that gives you the opportunity to enjoy Bologna from the top, offering you a lot of relaxing moment in the open air. The "appartamento vista città" furnished in an elegant and modern style with its 70 square meters it consists of entrance hall, lounge with separate kitchen, large bathroom with walk-in and a spacious and quiet double bedroom with internal view. You can open the main door using a code instead of key, making you feel a bit more free. The lift will allow you to reach our flats directly from the ground floor. You can enjoy breakfast at the White Backery located below the apartments with a dedicated discount by simply showing your apartment reservation.
My name is Barbara and I live in Bologna with my husband and my children since few years. I fell in love with this beautiful city thanks to my husband. My big passions are classic ballet, the good food from this region, Italian wine and traveling on bike. I love to travel and when I do it, I like to stay in very comfortable but essential places that can make me feel like I'm at home.
Elegant and comfortable apartment in the heart of Bologna near the University borough, where you can dive full on into the history and culture where the movida is, ideally for people that travel for work or pleasure. Situated 5min walking from Bologna Centrale Station and very close to the car parking in Piazza VIII Agosto (Apcoa Parking). The airport is only few km away and you can reach it in a very short time via taxi or Aerobus BLQ. From January 2019 you will be able to use the People Mover service (APM) that will allow you to reach the airport in only 10min. As the famous Italian singer Lucio Dalla once said, not even a child can get lost in center of Bologna! The city center offers you a lot to do: you can get amazed by the cultural side of the city, enjoy the good food and wine, and all this is in a no traffic area. The flat is also situated near the University and allows you to breath the goliardic atmosphere of the oldest University in the world.
