Located just steps from the lake and local restaurants, Promenade is the perfect choice if you're looking for a romantic nest for your weekend. This apartment is very bright and modern, and it can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed) and a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking a family dinner. There is one bathroom. Please note that the apartment is on the second floor (4 flights of stairs). There is no elevator. You will have to carry your luggage and/or baby strollers. The convenient private parking makes "Promenade" a desirable accommodation for those who are traveling by car.

"Promenade" is located in Cernobbio, a characteristic lakeside town 7 km from Como city and near the Swiss border. Cernobbio is home to some of the most famous Lake Como villas such as Villa d’Este and Villa Erba which is just a 2-minute walk away from the apartment. Villa Bernasconi is just across the street from the property. There are bars and restaurants in the area and a supermarket nearby. A short walk will take you to the beautiful lakefront. Everything is a short walk away from the apartment. In general, Cernobbio is situated on the hill, but this property is located in the flat part of the town, so everything is easily reachable on foot.
