Nest apartment is an oasis of serenity and elegance just a few steps from the lake and 5 minutes from Como. A complete accommodation for couples and families with a lake view condominium pool (seasonal), private garden and garage: the apartment has every comfort, air conditioning and Italian design furniture. It consists of entrance hall, bright living room with kitchen, double bedroom, studio with comfortable double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with tub and shower, terrace, garden for a relaxing vacation surrounded by beauty. Nest is located inside the Residence "La Cala" of Blevio, in a quiet and green area with breathtaking views and quick access to the lake. It has private parking for one car and a large condominium pool from which to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. From the parking lot you can reach the apartment by elevator. The apartment consists of a bright living room with dining area and fully equipped open kitchen, a double bedroom and a studio with a comfortable sofa bed that converts into a second bedroom to accommodate two more guests. Two bathrooms, one with a scenic designer tub and one with a walk-in shower, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a large entrance complete the property. The terrace is perfect for breakfast or alfresco dining with views of the mountains and Cernobbio, while the private garden is ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying an aperitif. Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, garden and garage, and free access to the residence swimming pool (not heated) at the scheduled times from the beginning of June to the end of September (children must be supervised by their parents). Access to the pool is via 3 flights of stairs. Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment and its private garage, free access to the condominium pool at the agreed and indicated times.

I love being a host on beautiful Lake Como and have designed an elegant yet casual oasis to enjoy it to the fullest! I was born and raised in Milan and was able to explore the lake from every angle during my weekend getaways. I fell in love with Blevio because it's a quiet, idyllic place, immersed in the greenery that surrounds the village, but also very convenient to the picturesque center of Como with its monuments, shops and restaurants. During your stay I will be away from the property but close by to be available for anything you may need. Travel, food, art and design are a big part of my life and I am happy to share my favorite places with you.

The property is located 6 km from the center of Como and near the Lariana provincial road, making it easy and convenient to reach. From Como you can take the bus lines C30 or C31 to the stop "Frazione Sopravilla", which is 2 minutes walk from Nest. The grocery store "La Dispensa" is located on the Strada Provinciale Lariana road, 5 minutes walk from the apartment Nest. Also in Blevio you will find some restaurants and a pharmacy. The neighboring town of Torno offers shops, markets, banks with automatic counters, gas station, hairdresser... Blevio and Torno have a boat service; from nearby Como there are frequent boat and ferry connections to all the most famous attractions on the lake. Milan and the airports can be reached by train. For all sports lovers, within walking distance from the Nest Apartment there is a tennis court and a football field, a boat rental service and a well-equipped nautical center where you can practice paddle boarding, water skiing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, etc. Wakeboard Lake Como also offers yoga classes in the park of Villa Cademartori or on the sunset promenade. Treat yourself to an unforgettable experience! In spring and summer the lake is at its most beautiful, but also in fall and winter Blevio offers fascinating views and a comfortable base to explore the rich historical heritage and shopping of Como and Lugano, or the countless leisure and cultural opportunities of Milan, one of Europe's most vibrant cities. Blevio's privileged position and proximity to the mountains allow you to organize day trips in the snow.
