We renovated this apartment on Via Garibaldi ourselves, choosing it because the street runs through the heart of Olbia's old town and the building came with something almost unheard of inside the ZTL: its own parking. That single feature changes the arrival experience for guests with a car. Floriana manages guest experience and Kristina handles operations, both based in Olbia. We respond within 30 minutes in English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, and Russian. Our 1350+ verified reviews carry a 4.9 average, and we were nominated for the 2026 Shortyz Awards. We renovated this one-bedroom apartment at Via Garibaldi 4 in Olbia's old town, creating a bright, modern suite on one of the city's oldest streets. The location is central but the street stays calm. Parking is included, a genuine rarity for a property inside the ZTL. Hotel-grade cotton linens dress the bed. The kitchen holds restaurant-grade cookware for eight. On arrival, your Sardinian welcome set is waiting: Pecorino sardo, Vermentino wine, pane carasau, and olive oil. We prepare a beach kit with parasol, cooler bag with freezer elements, and fast-drying towels. Families can request a travel cot, high chair, baby bath, changing table, stroller, baby monitor, bottle warmer, and child-safe furniture at no charge. Garibaldi Suite 2 is at Via Garibaldi 4, inside Olbia's ZTL. The camera-enforced limited traffic zone keeps the old town quiet and pedestrian-friendly. We register your plates for a 30-minute drop-off window so you can arrive and unload without worry. Your property parking solves the biggest headache most old town visitors face. Corso Umberto is around the corner. Every evening the passeggiata fills this pedestrian boulevard with locals and visitors. For dinner, Al Vecchio Porto is excellent for harbour seafood.
