Company info

It is above all the geographical position that makes our structure particular; having created independent houses (two studio apartments and one two-room apartment), they offer the possibility of enjoying excellent privacy. We want to point out that our structures are located on a hill, about 7 minutes from the Sestri Levante motorway exit and 15 minutes by car from the beaches and the center of Sestri Levante; to reach us it is necessary to travel about 900 meters. uphill and face no more than 5 bends (3 minutes by car from the town center). These clarifications are the consequence of some reviews where the score of "insufficient" is given for the position, which we are very sorry because it is absolutely not our intention to provide inaccurate information to our kind guests. It should also be noted that the Studio with garden is located above the swimming pool (as shown in the photographs), but can be reached via a stone staircase. It is a structure that enjoys considerable privacy, but not recommended for people with walking problems.
