The apartment is very well located in the centre of Gioiosa Marea, only a few steps from cafés, bars, restaurants and a 7 minutes walk to the beach. It has 2 separate bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms, one ensuite and another just outside the room (private my key), air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room/kitchen area. Communal areas - kitchen, living room - are shared between the guests. You will find a kettle, a microwave, an oven and a sofa in the common area. Breakfast is served in 2 outside bars, very close to the apartment. This is the perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday where everything is close to you!

Right in the centre, the best "granita" bars are around, shops, restaurants and the beach is only a short walk 5-7 minutes. Parking is available in the streets outside. There is also a big pubblic parking space 100m away from the appartment.
