A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 8 PM. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.For checkouts outside the office hours, the refund of the deposit will be made within three days of departure by bank transfer and expenses and money deposits will be withheld.
Please note that city tax and service fees will be paid at the arrival.
