La struttura è immersa nel verde con alberi di agrumi dal profumo di Zagara.
L' host è sempre disponibile sulle informazioni richieste dai clienti.
La contrada di Niscima è abitata da parecchie persone. La Domenica successiva a quella di Pasqua viene fatta la processione per le vie della contrada con il simulacro di Santa Rosalia.
