OLIVIA LODGE is located 40 meters from the lake; right below the house there is a small public beach and a small tourist port positioned on floating docks (16 berths). The historic center of Sulzano, where the main activities and services are located (food, pharmacy, connection to Monte Isola...) can be reached in 3' by car, 6' by bicycle. Compared to most of the solutions with swimming pools present in this area, Olivia offers the great advantage of being on lake level, therefore the towns of Sulzano as well as the neighboring ones (Sale Marasino, Pilzone, Iseo...) are easily reachable by pleasantly skirting the shore of the lake without having to encounter slopes. For trekking enthusiasts there are many paths that start right near Olivia, just as water sports lovers will find satisfaction in the A.N.S Sebina Nautical Association sailing center and sailing school which is located a few meters from home. Don't miss the food&drink Darsena 21 just outside the house (4' walk), a unique location. Franciacorta with its wines, Vallecamonica, Brescia, Verona are easily reachable, in many cases even just by using the train...
