Apartment located on the ground floor of a building in the heart of the historic center (Restricted Traffic Zone), just a short walk from Piazza Giovanni Bovio, the famous “terrace on the sea,” the Marina Marina Marina and the Marina Sources. This accommodation is an ideal choice for a summer vacation or a relaxing weekend getaway, thanks to its strategic location that makes it easy to explore local attractions and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The apartment has a spacious double bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, mocha, kettle and iron. The living room, furnished with a 1.5 sofa bed and a puff that becomes a single bed, has an LED TV. Air conditioning provides year-round comfort. The bathroom is complete with a shower, but no bidet. Everything you need for a pleasant and practical stay, just a few steps from the sea. Please note that the apartment is located within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). In order to allow access, it is necessary to provide the license plate of the car at the time of booking so that the communication can be made to the municipality.
