**Comfortable three-room apartment in Casale di Scodosia, near Montagnana and Verona** Relax in this comfortable three-room apartment of about 80 sqm, located on the first floor without a lift, in a quiet and convenient area close to the centre of Casale di Scodosia, a small and peaceful village in the lower Padua area. The apartment is welcoming and functional, with comfortable wooden flooring, an open-plan kitchen, independent heating and air conditioning for the summer months. A practical entrance/storage area with a shoe cabinet is also available on the ground floor. The location is ideal for those looking for a peaceful stay while still being close to some of the most interesting places in the area: the beautiful medieval walled town of Montagnana, the charming Bevilacqua Castle and the wonderful city of Verona, easily reachable by car. An ideal solution for relaxing stays, short business trips or weekends exploring the Padua area and the Veneto region.
