I'm Giovanni, I'm about fifty years old and I live in Porto Ottiolu with my wife and my 8 year old son and where I have my business. In my life I have had the opportunity to travel, I have opened up to new countries and new cultures, thus being able to offer guests my knowledge of the area and meeting them according to their needs/needs.

Property info

In the wonderful village of Porto Ottiolu located in the municipality of Budoni, the apartment is located in a private complex, with a large garden shared with the other apartments, a barbecue area, possibility to park the car inside the courtyard, as well as large adjacent public car park. The apartment is arranged as follows: independent entrance with large covered veranda where it is possible to have lunch/dinner, kitchen with kitchenette equipped with everything necessary (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, etc.), oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, sofa bed, bathroom with shower and bidet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning/heating, washing machine, satellite TV and wi-fi connection. Everything is easily accessible on foot, both the main beach and the small beach and the other coves hidden in the wild nature.

Porto Ottiolu is a village in the municipality of Budoni with a beautiful marina with about 400 berths, restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy, charter boats, ATMs, supermarkets and evening markets in high season. Just 4 km away is San Teodoro with its famous beaches such as Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, etc., as well as famous for its discos. Still 4 km away, also reachable on foot or by bike thanks to the cycle path, we find Budoni where in the high season every evening there are free events/concerts, evening markets along the Via Nazionale, clubs, restaurants, etc. Olbia is about 30 km away and has a port and airport and is connected both with means of transport and with taxis.
