La struttura, completamente ristrutturata, è situata all’interno di un palazzo di fine ‘800 realizzato in stile liberty. E’ dotata di uno straordinario salone di ingresso completamente affrescato con vista sulla deliziosa baia di Santa Maria. E’ posizionata in Piazza Nardò, al centro della marina, e gode di una splendida vista mare. La spiaggetta di Santa Maria si trova esattamente di fronte alla struttura (basta attraversare la strada…) e la struttura stessa è posizionata tra numerosi ristoranti e bar
