palazzo in stile liberty di inizio '900. Ampio appartamento in palazzo padronale d'epoca dotata di ampio soggiorno ed ingresso, n. 2 camere da letto, un bagno principale ed un bagnetto, con alti soffitti affrescati, terrazza soleggiata, camino, aria condizionata, riscaldamento con caldaia a gas, dotata di cucina attrezzata, lavanderia, wifi.
Ciao a tutti sono un ingegnere e mi piacciono le relazioni sociali, mi piace conoscere gente e creare amicizie. La possibilità di mettere a disposizione la residenza storica di famiglia mi consente di relazionarmi e mettermi a disposizione di nuovi amici che vogliono venire a visitare la nostra splendida regione. Cerco persone socievoli e amanti dei beni architettonici che possano apprezzare e soggiornare piacevolmente nel palazzo costruito da mio nonno agli inizi del '900
l'appartamento è situato in zona centrale a pochi minuti dalla stazione, dalla piazza principale, dal corso principale. in pochi minuti si può raggiungere Bari, il mare e con la ferrovia si possono raggiungere le località di Conversano, Alberobello, le grotte di Castellana, Rutigliano e tante altre bellissime località della Puglia.
