The property is located at the entrance of Montepulciano, just after the ancient Porta a Prato. The palace is composed of three apartments. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms equipped with all amenities, including air conditioning and internet. On the second floor, there are two more rooms following the layout of the previous ones but with an even wider view. Completing the structure, there are two spacious rooms on the third floor, each with a private bathroom and a unique view that stretches over the cultivated countryside and towards the upper part of the city where the bell towers and the municipal tower stand tall. It is possible to have lunch or dinner at the nearby tavern and purchase and taste local products in the attached delicatessen and wine shop

The inhabited center features the characteristics of a medieval village in the shape of an "S" and is enclosed within three concentric walls, all built around the 14th century. Of Etruscan origin and founded, according to legend, by Porsenna, the ruler of Chiusi; some documents and artifacts found in the Medici Fortress, as well as the necropolis on which the medieval walls rest, and finally the Etruscan inscriptions embedded in the facade of Palazzo Bucelli, trace its existence back to the 4th-3rd century BC
