Welcome to our 42 m² apartment in Loano: cosy, functional, and ideal for couples, families with children, or anyone looking for a seaside getaway or a work stay. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, pod coffee machine and kettle. You’ll also have Wi-Fi, washing machine, TV, ceiling fan and air conditioning at your disposal. The bathroom has a comfortable shower and, for the little ones, a baby cot is always available on request. The highlight is the large terrace, perfect for breakfast, relaxing or working remotely in the fresh air. A private parking garage is included, which is especially convenient in high season.

My name is Alberto. I live with my partner Laura and our little girl Martina, who has been making our lives better (and a lot more lively!) for almost two years now. We’re a family who loves travel and photography: whenever we can, we escape to discover new places, from the sea to the mountains. I’m also a sailing instructor (an activity I’ve temporarily put on hold to dedicate more time to Martina), but my love for the sea is still a constant. At the same time, we adore the mountains, hiking and skiing: we enjoy being outdoors and experiencing places in an active way. I’m very attached to my seaside home in Loano: it’s a place of memories, family and little breaks from everyday life. It’s important to me that anyone who stays there feels welcomed as a guest, not just as a customer. I’m always happy to help with tips about the area, restaurants, walks and anything that can make your stay easier and more enjoyable. The apartment is located in a quiet area of Loano, about 400 metres from the sea and just 5 minutes on foot from the historic centre, full of shops, cafés and restaurants. In 10 minutes’ walk you can reach the tourist harbour, an ideal starting point for strolls along the seafront and boat trips. In the surrounding area you can visit the fascinating Toirano and Borgio Verezzi caves, the medieval village of Finalborgo, the lively town of Alassio and the characteristic Ligurian inland with villages such as Calizzano and other small hilltop towns, perfect for hikes and traditional local food.
