Panorama Penthouse is a modern house with two bedrooms (one double and twin) and a bathroom with large shower, toilet and bidet. Each bedroom has a comfortable walk-in closet and a balcony with a relaxation area. The master bedroom is equipped with a wall-mounted TV. The living area is an open space; a nice peninsula sofa in real leather, flat screen TV, a large modern kitchen with fine furniture, equipped with a five-burner hob, dishwasher, fridge, electric oven and microwave, coffee pod machine, toaster and kettle; the living area is completed by a dining corner, with extendable table up to 2meters and 6 chairs, sideboard and flat screen TV. The house is equipped with mosquito nets, blackout curtains, and air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the living area. At guests' disposal also a latest generation washer and a treadmill. Guests will have bed linen, towels, hairdryer, cookware, dishes and everything needed for cooking. The apartment has a maximum of four beds plus a cot. On the ground floor private covered parking with automatic gate, barbecue, and private garden with green lawn and patio equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Santadi is a nice village in the South of Sardinia, known for some food excellences such as wine (Cantina di Santadi has won many international prizes for its wines) and cheese, but also for its natural attractions such as Is Zuddas Caves and archeological sites of renowned interest. The surroundings will offer you many activiities such as bike riding and hiking in our beautiful mountains and Pantaleo Forest. At few kilometers away you will find the most beautiful and uncontaminated beaches of the south coast of the island, offering many activities such as boat excurions, diving or just sunbathing; Cagliari is only one hour driving.
