This charming 120 sqm stone property on two floors (living area on the ground floor, sleeping area upstairs) can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will find a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, fireplace, TV, and laundry facilities for your convenience. Families have access to a baby cot, high chair, and shared games and books for children. Outside, relax in the private 2,000 sqm fenced garden with orchard and olive grove, enjoying privacy and peace. Make use of the barbecue while admiring the splendid sea view, the surrounding hills, and breathtaking sunsets. Access from the road to the house is only via stairs. You can park your car below the house along the quiet country road. Dogs are welcome. For your safety, the house entrances are under video surveillance.
