Die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2023 mit hochwertigen Materialien und Design komplett renoviert. Es besteht aus einer Küche, einem großen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Es bietet problemlos Platz für vier Personen. Ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, 55-Zoll-Smart-TV im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer und allem, was Sie im Esszimmer benötigen, wie Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Induktionskochfeld und Kühlschrank. Die Unterkunft ist mit WLAN ausgestattet. Zu den vorhandenen Geräten gehören: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Haartrockner, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher.

Wir befinden uns in der Nähe von Porta Romana und Bastione Sangallo, zwei charakteristischen und historischen Elementen von Loreto. Ein paar Schritte entfernt befindet sich die prächtige Piazza della Madonna und die Wallfahrtskirche mit dem Heiligen Haus der Jungfrau Maria. Gleichzeitig erreichen Sie in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto das klare Meer von Portorecanati, wo, IM PREIS INBEGRIFFEN, ein Sonnenschirm und zwei Sonnenliegen auf Sie warten; Von dort aus können Sie den eindrucksvollen Monte Conero mit den Felstürmen der beiden Schwestern bewundern, landschaftliche Juwelen der Adria. In der Nähe und leicht zu erreichen finden wir: Recanati mit den Leopardi-Stätten, Castelfidardo mit der Geschichte des Akkordeons, die Sibillini-Berge und die sagenhaften Höhlen von Frasassi.
