My name is Filippo and I am the owner of Piè di Costa. I personally welcome our guests and take care of the property every day, from maintaining the house and gardens to the small details that make every stay enjoyable. I love nature and mountain biking. Thanks to my knowledge of the local area, I am always happy to recommend scenic routes, restaurants, wineries and hidden gems. Whenever possible, I also organise guided mountain bike rides to discover the Tuscan hills from a different perspective.

Piè di Costa is a family-run agriturismo where hospitality is inspired by a love for Tuscany and the desire to make every guest feel at home. With just five independent apartments, it offers an intimate, authentic and relaxing stay, far from large tourist resorts. This traditional farmhouse, built at the beginning of the 20th century, stands on a hilltop surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, enjoying beautiful views over the Valdelsa countryside. Despite its peaceful rural setting, it is just 500 metres from the historic centre of Montaione. The panoramic swimming pool, spacious gardens, children's play area and relaxing outdoor spaces invite guests to slow down and enjoy Tuscany in a welcoming and carefully maintained environment.

This charming medieval village offers restaurants, wine bars, shops and all essential services. Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca are all within an hour's drive, while San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo and San Miniato are perfect for day trips. The surrounding area offers wineries, olive oil mills, wine and olive oil tastings, hiking and cycling trails, horseback riding, golf courses and cooking classes. Piè di Costa is the ideal base for exploring Tuscany and the perfect place to return each evening to enjoy the peace and the beautiful views over the rolling hills.
