The dreamlike holiday house Pinnetta Sarda, which looks like a ‘trullo’ from southern Italy (a traditional round house of the region Salento), is located 15 minutes by car from Sassari. It extends over 2 floors and has a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with one double bed and one sofa bed) as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 5 people. The entire house is stylishly furnished and impresses guests with its unique architecture, which perfectly combines modern and traditional elements. Additional amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a TV. The spacious outdoor area is shared with the guests of the surrounding holiday homes and consists of a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden. Prepare tasty meals on the grill or end the evening with a glass of wine. There is also a pond with fish under a shady tree on the property. The second largest city in Sardinia, Sassari, is only a 15-minute drive away (or 19 km) and offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The natural beach of Spiaggia Marina di Sorso is 34 km or 30 minutes by car away and the sandy beach of Spiaggia della Speranza is 61 km or a 53-minute drive from the property.
