7 bedroom, 7 bathroom farmhouse with stunning views Set within 7 hectares of mature gardens with fruit trees, an olive grove and an infinity pool, Podere Bargnano offers peace and seclusion with idyllic Tuscan views. Recently renovated, this traditional farmhouse is an ideal place to relax as a family or with friends. The lovely medieval hilltop town of Cetona with bars, restaurants and friendly local shops is just a five minute drive or a pleasant walk away. There are terraces around the house where you can enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding countryside and appreciate the stunning views while barbecuing or dining al fresco. The bedrooms and bathrooms are handily configured to create mini apartments if required, making the house perfect for two or three families to share.
Rated one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Cetona is also a great base for day trips by train to Rome and Florence as well as outings to Siena, Montepulciano, Sarteano, Cortona, Perugia and more. The nearby town of San Casciano dei Bagni offers natural thermal baths along with an exercise path for fitness lovers. Cetona is renowned for attracting leading figures from the film, fashion and political arenas and Podere Bargnano was once owned by the 6 times Oscar nominated film director Mario Monicelli.
