Property info

Podere Calvaiola is a historic residence dating back to the 1700s, built primarily to house 3 families with an attached ground-floor animal farm. The families were responsible for cultivating the property's 100 hectares of land. After World War II, due to the introduction of tractors in agriculture, the building remained uninhabited until it was renovated by the Giardini family from Milan. The renovation, done with a conservation approach, ensures a perfect blend between its original use and its current purpose for relaxation and deep connection with nature and Tuscany. Currently, there are 6 apartments of various sizes and capacities available, each with a private entrance and access to the infinity pool overlooking the valley and a hydro-massage corner. Each apartment is equipped with a private outdoor table and tools for BBQ. The property features high-speed WIFI, a laundry room, parking, and a car charging station.
