Property info

Podere Ferranino is the former carriage house of the Villa Ferrano. Vehicles were historically stored on the ground floor, hence the large glass and metal window/door openings on both the front and the rear of each apartment. There were always living quarters on the upper floor but we reorganized them to work as townhouse-like apartments. Fortunately the entire building faces south to a magnificent view of Mont'Amiata. Looking out from each private patio, one feels completely immersed in the classic landscape of Tuscany, one that is a painterly mix of wheat fields, olive groves, vineyards, and cypress-lined roads.
