For over 15 years, our job has been to make your holiday an enjoyable one. When you choose Portofino Est Residence, you will find the smile and kindness of Cristina, Alessia, Patrizia and Manuela to welcome you all year round. The reception is open from 9 – 12 a.m. and from 3 - 6 p.m. Once your booking is confirmed our staff will provide you with an entrance code to the residence and with the procedures for entering the apartment. In this way, you can come and go as you please. We will send you all the information regarding the necessary documents for check-in and those required by current health regulations. You will also be informed of the cleaning and sanitizing fee, which is charged at the end of your stay, as well as the linen cost (bathroom, bed, and kitchen), if you prefer to travel light and leave this part to us.

Portofino Est residence is on a hill between Rapallo and Santa Margherita Ligure, overlooking the lovely village of San Michele di Pagana. We are ready to welcome you for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and nature. Here you will find the comfort of a real home. All our apartments, with 2 to 10 beds, have a garden or a panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio. Parking spaces and free Wi-fi in public areas are available. Each apartment is equipped with central heating, a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. From June to September, our guests have access to two outdoor swimming pools equipped with sunbeds (pool depth suitable for children). The tennis court, the bar/restaurant, and the free shuttle service to Rapallo are available all year round. It is possible to rent motorcycles or Vespas. For those who love the sea, the beaches of Rapallo and Santa Margherita are just a few km away and can be reached by shuttle, car or even on foot. The surrounding mountains and hills propose a variety of excursions for hikers, making us an ideal destination even during the mild winter season.

Neighborhood info

We are halfway between the famous tourist resorts of Rapallo and Santa Margherita Ligure and just a 10 minute car ride from Portofino. The enchanting Portofino can also be reached by bus, boat, or even on foot along the coast. The beaches are just minutes away, reachable by free shuttle, car or foot. For hikers, there are 80 km of paths in the heart of Portofino’s promontory overlooking the sea. The Abbey of San Fruttuoso, a medieval jewel set by the sea, is also worth a visit. Cinque Terre can be reached by train or boat excursion for a day trip. For a day trip, Genoa is only 30 km away and is easily reachable by train, bus, or car. In Genova visit the Aquarium, the maze of alleyways in the medieval historic center, the Strada Nuova museums, the Unesco heritage buildings of the Rolli, Columbus’ home, the Chiossone Museum and the opera, just to name a few. All levels of trekking are possible, even during the winter, with many trails surrounding the residence. Rapallo’s cableway to Montallegro leads to the Sanctuary and more trails, from easy walks to more challenging climbs along the ridges.
