A NICE AND COZY APARTMENT, NEAR TO THE CITY CENTER, IN A VERY QUIET AND REFINED PLACE. A ROOMY AND WELCOMING AMBIENCE WHERE THE KEY WORD IS "GEOMETRY". A BIG LIVING ROOM WILL WELCOME YOU WITH THE COMFORT AND THE RIFINMENT OF THE FORNITURE. THE KITCHEN, EASY AND COMPLETE, IS AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS. THE BATHROOM IS BASIC WITH ALSO A BATHTUBE/SHOWER AND A WASHING MACHINE. THE BEDROOM IS SPACIOUS AND PRIVATE. A COVER BALCONY AND A LITTLE TERRACE WITH FORNITURE FOR MEALS AND RELAX COMPLETE THE FLAT. THERE ARE A FOLDING CRIB , A HIGH CHAIR AND TOYS/BOOKS FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN (IF YOU ASK DURING THE RESERVATION). AND FOR YOUR PET FRIENDS, I GIVE YOU A DOG'S BED FOR LITTLE ONES AND A BOWL (IF YOU ASK DURING THE RESERVATION). FURTHERMORE, IN THE SAME BUILDING OF THE FLAT THERE IS A SHOP FOR ANIMALS.
MY NAME IS MILENA, AN ARCHITECT WITH THE PASSION FOR MY LANDSCAPES, WHO MAKE AVAILABLE A FOOTHOLD TO VISIT THE ENTIRE UNESCO ZONE OF "LANGHE, ROERO AND MONFERRATO. I LIVE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE, NEAR ALBA, WITH MY PARTNER SIMONE, MY SON ENEA (2017) , AND A LITTLE DOG NAMED CHICO, IN A VERY BIG COUNTRY HOUSE SORROUNDED BY VINEYARDS, NEAR MY DAD AND MY UNCLE, A VINE GROWER. MY DREAM FOR THE FUTURE IS TO OBTAIN A TURISTIC PORTION EXACTLY IN THIS HOUSE. FOR THE MOMENT I START WITH A LITTLE APARTMENT IN THE CITY'.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS CALLED "MUSSOTTO", IN THE FIRST SUBURB OF ALBA, NEXT TO THE BRIDGE THAT CROSS THE TANARO RIVER. IT IS A YOUNG PORTION OF THE TOWN WITH A LOT OF SHOPS AND SUPERMARKET NEARBY. IT IS ONLY 10 MINUTES BY FEET AND 5 BY BIKE FROM THE HISTORIC CITY CENTRE, WHERE YOU CAN FIND THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS.
