Our office is open from Monday to Friday from 1.00 till 18.00. During the weekend, we still provide assistance via Booking messaging for urgent and unavoidable situations. We would like to point out that our system is based on self check-in: this means that before arrival, we carefully check that everything is in order and working properly, so that guests can access the property independently and without complications. It is important to remember that when booking an apartment (and not a hotel), there is no 24/7 reception service. Staying in an apartment offers greater independence, but also requires a minimum of self-management on the part of the guest, as is normally the case with this type of accommodation. In the event of a genuine emergency, as in everyday life, you should contact the relevant services: first aid, fire brigade, police, locksmiths or technicians on call, depending on the situation. Access to the apartment is via self check-in, which means that no one will be present upon your arrival and that access details will only be provided AFTER you have completed the ONLINE CHECK-IN by 6 p.m. on the day before your arrival. To receive instructions, you must check in online: register all guests with their identity documents and personal information and pay the tourist tax (if required). Online check-in must be completed at least 24 hours before arrival. Please read our messages carefully.
