Once a working farmhouse where olive oil was pressed, bread was baked in the old oven, and animals were raised, it has always been a place of family, work, and deep connection to the land.
 Even today, traditional practices such as olive oil production, tomato sauce making, and vegetable farming continue on the estate’s 6,670 square meters, which also include five trulli of different sizes, a storage house, a cistern, and an ancient oven. 

Renewed by the third generation with care and respect for its heritage, Borgo Tortorella now welcomes guests to experience the timeless charm and authenticity of rural Puglia.
