Splendid newly built Villa, in Tuglie, a small town just 8km from the sea of ​​Gallipoli and 6km from Lido Conchiglie. Ideal for those who want to spend a quiet holiday away from the chaos of the beautiful city without giving up the sea that can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The villa consists of two levels: the ground floor with a large open space with a sofa bed, a large table with 6 chairs, 1 bathroom with a shower cubicle and a basin sink with a solid wood top, a double bedroom with a walk-in closet and air conditioning. another double bedroom. The tavern area with sofa, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together, fireplace, table with 6 chairs, kitchen with 5 burners, oven, hood, no frost refrigerator, freezer and double sink; 1 bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, wc; large outdoor garden equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is ventilated and also very cool, you don't suffer from the heat during the day and at night you sleep pleasantly with a sheet.
