A distinctive element of this experience is the absolute privacy guaranteed to guests. By renting the entire apartment, the manager will not be present, making the stay completely independent. Alternatively, for those who choose the Deluxe Room with Jacuzzi, the manager lives in a separate accommodation, accessible from the living area and completely isolated from the sleeping area, to which he will never have access. Guests will not have to cross the living area to go out, meeting the manager only at check-in and check-out.
