The property is also a convenient base for those needing to reach Belcolle Hospital (5 minutes by car), close to the Via Francigena. The house is on two floors: on the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen; upstairs, there is a bathroom and a bedroom, offering a total of 6 sleeping places. A crib and high chair are also available for children. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, independent heating, fans, washing machine, and a rear outdoor laundry area. Guests have access to a shared garden and a private outdoor area. The property is surrounded by a large field of olive and fruit trees, with a spacious area equipped with barbecue, parasol, table, chairs, and loungers—perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, dinner, or relaxing outdoors.
