The swimming pool, the barbecue area, the lawn and the outdoor dining are the pluses of the house. Maximum cleanliness, attention to detail, equipment of everything you need make Relaxing & Comforting the ideal solution for a holiday in Olbia, Your car will be protected in the covered garage which leads directly to the garden. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning that makes it cool in summer and warm in winter. The welcoming garden and the uncovered veranda allow you to sunbathe in every season. The gazebo, completely closed for the winter and open during the summer, is equipped with every comfort to spend the hours dedicated to breakfast and meals. It is equipped with a kitchen and barbecue. The swimming pool is the great must of the house. It can be used from 09:00 to 22:00 but, on request, also 24 hours a day.
Lover of trekking, passionate about scuba diving but above all eager to meet new people and, as often happened, to see them return for a second or third experience. I will be able to advise guests on what to visit, where to enjoy a fish or meat dinner, how to get around with the excellent public transport of the city, where to go for a visit outside the city.
Neighborhood with all services, the center can be reached on foot in ten minutes. Two pharmacies, two gas stations, four supermarkets, a delicatessen that prepares wonderful dishes, a pizzeria fifty meters away that offers over fifty types of pizza that you can also eat hot at home. Urban Bus stop in front of the gate.
