Taking advantage of the natural beauty of the area and enhancing the landscape with plants from all over the world, we have managed to offer our clients the most beautiful park complex on the isle of Elba; this peaceful environment offers immediate relaxation.
The hidden harmonious villas allow you to enjoy the marvelous view of the Golfo Stella and an amazing sunset.
It is really a pleasure to walk along the little paths discovering every hidden wonder, to be enchanted by bird songs and to be swept along by the breeze with the sound of the nearby sea in the background. The heart of the complex is the swimming pool lined with exotic plants, precious agaves and palm trees. The private beach (on Morcone beach) is furnished with sun beds and umbrellas. It is only 250m from the residence and can easily be reached by walking down a shady path.
Private parking is under cover. The apartments, well divided, comfortably host 4 or even up to 5 people. The modern and functional furniture also includes a private telephone, color te.
Mi chiamo Rosanna Puccini ed insieme a mio marito, Giorgio, siamo riusciti a dare a Capoliveri, ma sopratutto all'Elba, un parco in località Punta Morcone, dove macchia mediterranea e piante provenienti da tutto il mondo convivono in perfetta armonia.
L'Università di Firenze ha classificato il nostro come "Giardino di acclimatazione" in virtù della coesistenza di oltre 400 esemplari.
Un Giardino di acclimatazione come il nostro è un giardino difficile da creare e mantenere; richiede notevoli sforzi economici e una costante passione nel ricercare le soluzioni colturali più appropriate per le diverse specie di piante provenienti spesso da paesi molto diversi tra di loro anche dal punto di vista ecologico.
Non è casuale quindi che giardini di acclimatazione di nuova creazione siano molto rari.
Noi vogliamo essere i prosecutori della tradizione iniziata nell' 800 dalle famiglie Ricasoli e Garbari.
